New Build Solar Installation, Greater Manchester

Manchester Renewables installed solar PV systems on a new-build housing development in Greater Manchester. Panels were fitted on each property during the construction phase, integrated into the build programme for a seamless finish and zero retrofit costs.

Every system was sized to meet Part L building regulations and designed to give homeowners lower energy bills from the day they collect their keys. With electricity prices continuing to climb, solar on new builds has become one of the most valuable features a developer can offer.

Our team coordinated with the site manager to install at the right stage of each plot — panels fitted after tiling while scaffolding was still in place, wiring run during first fix, and each system commissioned before handover.
