Yes. We work with developers of all sizes, from single plots to large estates. Smaller developments get the same level of service — dedicated project management, MCS certification, and full aftercare.
Is solar cost-effective on smaller developments?
Absolutely. Installing during construction keeps costs low because scaffolding and roof access are already in place. Per-property costs are slightly higher than large estates but still far cheaper than retrofitting after completion.
What size system do new-build homes need?
Most new-build homes are fitted with 3-4kW systems (8-10 panels) to meet Part L requirements. We can design larger systems if the developer or homeowner wants to maximise generation and future-proof the property.
